Hello my name is Mark Cartwright, and I am a junior in the college of nursing at The University of Akron. I previously served as the
Membership Director for the southwest division of Ohio in 2007.
However, now I am excited and eager to begin my new role as the
Community Health Director. In taking on this role, I hope to bring
community health to the state of Ohio through the student nurses in
our state. While this may be a bold undertaking, I am up for the
challenge. As for my future goals, I am still undecided. However a career in critical care is of interest to me. I would like to go back to school to receieve my master's degree, but my options are open. In two years from now I see myself working in a major metropolitan hospital, and being an advocate for my patients along the way.
