Convention

Hello Everyone!

 

         We will be having our 2009 Annual Convention on October 23^rd – 24^th.  It will be held at the Embassy Suites in Dublin, Ohio. The ONSA has so much to offer to you as students and our annual convention is a great opportunity for you to get involved with various aspects of the ONSA.  Also, you will get to meet other nursing students from across the state, meet with nursing recruiters from various hospitals, universities, and organizations, as well as to learn about a variety of fields available to nurses.  This event is open to all nursing students and faculty, with a discount available to all ONSA members.   

         We have a lot of great activities planned for this year’s convention!  We are excited to announce that we will be having our 2^nd Annual Brain Bowl Competition, various breakout sessions and speakers, along with a Halloween Party on the first night so that you can let loose and get to know nursing students from across Ohio!  Sylvia Rayfield and Associates will be providing a 2hr NCLEX review, a 1hr Fluid and Electrolyte Review and a 1hr pharmacology review!  We will also be having an exhibit hall, silent auction, and will be allowing school chapters to rent tables so that they can sell their products!  Check the website for future updates and registration information.  If you have any questions or concerns they can be directed toward Lori Pridemore at loripridemore@yahoo.com.
