Hi! My name is Kelly and I am a junior at the University of Akron’s
College of Nursing. I served on the ONSA Board of Directors last year as a membership director. This year, I am privileged to serve as the student consultant for the 2008/2009 ONSA Board of Directors (BOD). I am excited to work with the new board in advising them as needed. The new BOD is a motivated group looking to bring fellow nursing students across the state increased communication, support, and leadership opportunities. I have seen first hand the benefits that ONSA brings to its members... from discounts, to networking opportunities, to educational sessions. I encourage all of you to get involved at some level… in your school chapter, at the state level, or on the national level.
